Despite of question about the country's economic future, Prague's residential market is absorbing nearly everything- be it big or small, expensive or cheap.This is driven partly by foreign buyers and by new rich Czech with cash to burn.

The prices vary according to a location, same as in every major city. For instance the same house let's say in Prague 6 will sell for more than let's say the similar house in Prague 8.Prague 6 is more desirable. In Prague 6 there is more residential houses available in comparison to Praha 2, where there are more apartment buildings. These apartment buildings are not the so called "panelaky" (dwellings), but rather older 5 to 8 story you may say historical buildings usually with nice ornamental front (varies with building). We try to select only buildings which are of a good value with great potential. We take a great care in selecting our offers. Buildings which are in center called "Stare Mesto" are very rare and very desirable investments, because of great location, old historical nature, and tourist atractivity. They are the greatest moneymakers, since most of them could be converted and lucratively leased for commercial enterprises.
